Life @ India CoE
With people at the heart of our organisation, we have grown consistently over the years. The culture at the India CoE has flourished because of every employee’s unique imprint. Some of our distinctive platforms include our Employee Experience and Employee Volunteering programme.
Employee Experience
The Employee Experience team works to create positive and engaging experience for employees at the India CoE. They engage our employees and bring forth their fun side through events such as Family Day, ISPL’s Got Talent, Sports Days and festive celebrations.
The Employee Volunteering programme
Employee Volunteering is the cornerstone of our 1MillionHours2Help programme. Under the aegis of the BNP Paribas India Foundation, employees are taking our commitment with our partner NGOs a step further by engaging with the beneficiaries in many aspects. Be it teaching school students, painting classrooms, going on field trips or helping teachers in study material or annual events such as Sports Days. Many employees enthusiastically participate in environmental activities including tree plantation drives or seedball preparation. Some of our marque events include blood donation drives and Daan Utsav.
